Just 800 (*) meters far away from the Viennese city center lie our newly renovated apartments. Apartments are appropirate for 6 persons suitably. Our guests estimate above all the cordial atmosphere, as well as the friendly and individual support. In less than 15 minutes by walk you can reach the Viennese city center with their objects of interest, like stephans cathedral, opera, lock Belvedere and the Kaertnerstrasse. The apartments lie in a small side lane with inner court and is neverthless very traffic favorable: rapid-transit railway, tram, streetcar and motorbus connection are in direct proximity.

(*) Apartment 1: The modern and stylish apartment is ideally located in the heart of the city, next to the Anker Clock, is peacefully situated in an Art Nouveau building. The Stephansplatz is situated approximately 3 minutes and most sights can be reached on foot.

Cuisine:

The cuisine is equipped with a refrigregator, stove, microwave and dishwasher fully equipped. The apartments are cleaned once a week. Bed linen and towels are made available to you.

Food and Drink:

You can, according to their own wishes in a private atmosphere of your own apartment cousine supplies.

Cot:

Upon request we offer a cot for free of charge.

Payment:

Payment is always cash and in advance

Deposit:

For apartment keys taken is a deposit of 100 € required

Number of persons:

It is not allowed to exceed the arranged number of persons without permission of the landlord/landlady. In case of agreement the price is subject of change

Maintenance:

Our guests have the duty to take care of rented rooms and all other equipment and keep them good shape

Departure:

On the day of your departure you are asked to leave the rooms before 11 a.m

Final cleaning:

Final apartment cleaning 30 €
